Support

Collect the plugin’s operating details before opening a support request.

  1. Run /<kit> status and note any degraded or disabled capability.
  2. Run /<kit> config validate before reloading edited configuration.
  3. Check the kit’s troubleshooting page for the exact message shown in console.
  4. Run /<kit> support export if the issue remains.

The local archive contains version and compatibility facts, validated configuration structure, integration state, recent relevant diagnostics, and a redaction summary.

It does not include secret values, complete webhook URLs, raw player UUIDs, chat contents, or automatic uploads. Review the archive before attaching it to a ticket.

Use the support channel attached to your BuiltByBit purchase. If you are directed to the MySuite Discord ticket system, include:

  • the kit name and exact version;
  • server software, Minecraft version, and Java version;
  • the shortest reproducible sequence;
  • the redacted support export; and
  • the expected and actual result.

Marketplace reviews are not a support queue. A ticket gives the issue enough context to be reproduced and fixed.

Do not post secrets, private player data, exploit details, or webhook URLs in a public thread. Open a private support ticket and state that the report is security-sensitive before adding evidence.
