It does not include secret values, complete webhook URLs, raw player UUIDs, chat contents, or automatic uploads. Review the archive before attaching it to a ticket.
Open a ticket
Section titled “Open a ticket”Use the support channel attached to your BuiltByBit purchase. If you are directed to the MySuite Discord ticket system, include:
- the kit name and exact version;
- server software, Minecraft version, and Java version;
- the shortest reproducible sequence;
- the redacted support export; and
- the expected and actual result.
Marketplace reviews are not a support queue. A ticket gives the issue enough context to be reproduced and fixed.
Security and privacy
Section titled “Security and privacy”Do not post secrets, private player data, exploit details, or webhook URLs in a public thread. Open a private support ticket and state that the report is security-sensitive before adding evidence.
